An Old Antique Egg Made of Russian Malachite from Ural Mountains. The egg is decorated with a silver, gold plated enamel portrait of Moses. The egg is with its authentic filigree casing in the shape of an egg with an Orthodox cross on top.

The filigree casing is made of silver with gold plate and is decorated with little ruby, sapphire and emerald cabochons. The silver is marked with the respective Imperial Russian markings for silver 84 and master producer. Both the egg and the filigree casing are in good condition. Height of the egg only. 105 mm including the cross.
