Antique rare Russian small dish, maybe salt dish, good condition for its age, from 1800's Moscow, stamped with artist mark. Vasily Pulytky, as far as I could research, also have kokoshnik mark, Moscow 1883 - 1917. Weight is 22.2 grams, diameter 1.6 inches, height 1 inch.
