Heavy Antique Imperial Russian Silver handbag. Amazing quality as with all Russian silver of the period (100+ years ago). Absolutely no damage or flaws, hallmarked in multiple places, two shown in last two pics.

The chain is pulled to pull the bag shut same as a modern cloth bag of the same design. Purse is 8" long without the chain, approx 19.5" long when holding both chains doubled up to the bottom of the purse when it's cinched closed. 329.8 grams, that's almost 3/4 of a pound of solid 87.5% silver.
