Faberge Antique Imperial Russian Gunmetal with Gold Application Cigarette Case

  

An Antique Faberge Imperial Russian gunmetal cigarette case with a hinged lid, circa early 20 century. The clasp is embellished with a sapphire cabochon.

The piece is richly decorated with gold mounts representing stylized monograms and personal signatures, as well as an elephant and two crossed cannons. There are two elastic strap holders inside.
