The plate is hand painted very much in the Sevres style with a nice gold design to the rim and a pink and blue band around the edge of the plate. The edge of the well has a gold trim to it and it has a large blue and gold medallion in the very center. It's a great looking plate!
I could not find a famous service this might have been from so it appears to just be a single plate which makes it rarer : The plate displays nicely but is not perfect. It has a restored small chip to the very edge with some gold and painted redone in that area to hide it. Also a bit of wear to the gilding but it does display very well! The dish is marked with the green A II mark (very faint but it is there) as well as four blue dots along the foot ring that authentic pieces often ahve. I don't think it is known what they represent. The plate is 1.5 inches in tall and 9.625 inches in diameter so a nice sized piece!
