Thank you for stopping by. This ring comes from Art Deco Era, ca. Big, genuine, not enhanced apple green stone from Ural Mountains, the natural border in between Europe and Asia.
Jade stone was intentionally cut at the edge of translucent and opaque parts of it, and it is shining from the inside, as you can see on pictures. This is pretty typical cut for the time the ring was made.
As you can see, the silver ring band is broken. It is very easy to repair, if you want to leave the ring the way it was made.It is completely up to the buyers. If someone wants to remove the stone from the mounting, it's also very simple. The ring is marked "PC8" in Cyrillic letters.
The band is missing the silver probe because it's broken. It tests like silver (probe 875).
Chrysoberyl stone is 7 mm x 7 mm x 5 mm = 3.7Ct. Total weight: 2.5 g.
