Antique Imperial Russian Handpainted Troika Lacquerware Box
Antique Imperial Russian Handpainted Troika Lacquerware Box. This is a lovely 19th Century hinged lidded box measuring 2.25" high and with the lid measuring 2.75" x 3.75.
As you can see the lid is handpainted with beautiful detailing and featuring the classic troika design. The red lacquer interior is marked with the Imperial Russian gold eagle mark, and both the interior and the exterior of the box are in excellent condition.
