Antique Imperial Russian Gilt Metal and Enamel Salt Dish Cellar on Ball Feet. The enamel all seems to be in place, the rim is a bit off round and one of the ball feet must have had a knock as you can see inside there is a small raised circular area. I haven't attempted pushing it out for fear of damaging it. This could be brass, I haven't tested it, no signs of a silver metal.
