Antique Imperial Russian Faberge Jewelled Karelian Birch Wood Cigar Case c1890's. This unique case has been awarded to the Imperial Russian officer Volodya Bisikov personally by Tsar Nicholas II for 25 years service in the army.

The case comes from Bishikov's family estate. His family emigrated to Bulgaria after the Communist revolution c 1917.

The cigar case is entirely hand carved from a top quality Karelian Birch wood decorated with: the Imperial Russian silver crest -the double headed eagle;the silver cypher of Tsar Nicholas II, the silver St. George bravery corss;miniature enamelled badge of St. Anna Order 4th class, and enamelled dog.
