Enamel kovsh circa before 1899, Moscow. The Kovsh is a traditional oval-shaped drinking vessel or ladle with a single handle.

The item has a rounded body with a hooked decorated handle and a pronounced front. Enameled throughout with stylized floral ornaments. Hallmarks "MS" in Cyrillic for. Maria Vasilievna Semenova, 84 Russian silver standard and city mark are on the bottom.
