Antique Imperial Russian 84 Silver Cloisonne Enamel Glass Holder G. SEREBRNIKOV

  
RARE early 20th Century antique Imperial Russian solid 84 (875) silver and Cloisonne enamel tea glass holder (podstakannik) by well known silversmith Grigorii Ivanovich Serebrnikov, marked in Cyrilic G. , 84 Kokoshnik Mark for Moscow. The holder is decorated with elaborate floral motifs in various colored Cloisonne enamel, on gold- gilt background, accented with scrolls and beaded boarders at the bottom. Dimensions: approximately 4 1/4" in height to top of the handle x 3 1/8" body height x 2 3/4" in diameter on top & 3 1/4" in diameter at the bottom (10.6 cm x 7.8 cm x 6.9 cm x 8.1 cm). Total weight is 170.9 grams. Condition: Very Good, no loss on enamel, the bottom rim is slightly bent (can be easily fixed by any jeweler).
