The bowl is richly decorated with enameled cloisons. Simply a wonderful Imperial Russian spoon!
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. There are some splits and cracks in some of the enamel cells (particularly at the base of the bowl and in the handle) and some fine and light indentations and edge wear. The spoon retains some of its original gilding. Otherwise, there are some very fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.Marked to the side with Russian hallmarks, an 84 zolotnik mark, and a maker's mark for Gustav Klingert.
