Antique Bronze Imperial Tzar Russian Samovar Set Circa 1825
This is an antique Russian Brass Samovar set of a conical, paneled shape, with a gadrooned upper rim, a skirted based with decorated scroll feet, decorated S-scroll handle-pieces with wooden bars, brass steam vents, and ornate spigot, made in the Imperial workshops during the first quarter of the 19th century. It has a trade mark on top of the samovar lid, that is not very legible, and that is not referenced anywhere, probably because of its age (more than 175 years), and because there are very few samples around. It comes with original time-period tray with a curved front, a footed Samovar Drip Bowl, and an antique Samovar Teapot. Samovar and accessories are untouched, as acquired.
They all display an old subdue patina. Samovar diameter: 7.5 inches.
Tray dimensions: 13" X 7.5". Drib Bow Dimensions: Height: 3, Diameter: 5. Teapot Dimensions: Height: 5", Width: 7". Samovar and accessories are in excellent preserved condition. Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive them. If you have any questions, please inquire.
