Antique 9K 56 Imperial Russia 6 Gram 2 Side Diamond-Cut Star Etc. Cross Pendant

  

I believe this may be an Eastern Orthodox cross because others I've seen like it are. I have no provenance for this beauty, which weighs in at approximately 6 grams of 9K gold (375). However, there's another number on the bale, which appears to be 56 I (this photo as well as the last photo were taken under different lighting, but it is definitely yellow gold in color).

I'm assuming the letter I stands for Imperial. Both sides have diamond-cut scroll-work designs, and both are different except for the middle star design. It is approximately 2 5/16" long, including the bale and approximately 1 3/16" wide (please see photos).

I believe it has a hollow interior and as such is not a solid piece. I, personally feel that it is in excellent antique/vintage condition, but there may be scratches and such due to its age.
