Antique 1880s 1890s IMPERIAL RUSSIA 22 solid brass SAMOVAR + Tray + Tea Pot URN

  

I have other antiques and collectibles listed. Here is a very cool antique solid brass Imperial Russian SAMOVAR tea pot urn. The teapot and tray shown are also included. The tray is marked (see pics), but I don't know what the marking stands for.

There looks to be a knob/vent or something missing on the top. The last THREE pics show what Google Translate shows the translation to be.

I don't know how accurate it is. This has not been tested. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT. I USUALLY HAVE DIFFERENT CHOICES.
