Julius Rappoport opened his first own workshop in St. Petersburg at Ekateriniski Canal in 1883, then he moved to Moscow to become a Fabergé workmaster. Trained in Berlin, he was one of Fabergés rare craftsmen of Jewish origin.His maker's mark was IP and in Russian Cyrillic (p). He belonged from 1886 to 1908 to four "workmasters", main leaders of Fabergé workshops, but he also executed special commissions for the Imperial Family, the Imperial Cabinet and noble families Yusupov and others orders for wealthy clients. The ring is 100% original and 100% Hand-made. Total diamond 1.20 ct. Made of 18k (72 Russian hallmarks) Solid Gold, signed 72. The Ring weight is 2.9 grams. Size: US 7.25, EU 54.5.
